Notifications are how most sessions in the app begin. Tap one and the app opens straight to the response, booking, or conversation it is about.
Turn them on
The first time you log in, the app asks to send notifications. If you said no, open Settings - a notice reads Notifications are off for Formspring with a button to Allow notifications or open your device settings.
What you can be notified about
Under Settings → Notify me about you can switch the three most common ones on or off:
- Desk conversations assigned to me
- New form responses
- Booking requests
Choose All notifications for the full list:

| Exports ready | An export you started has finished. |
| Plan usage warnings | You are close to a plan limit. |
| AI drafts ready | An AI draft you asked for is ready. |
You only receive notifications for things you can see in the workspace.
Act from the notification
A booking request notification has Confirm and Decline buttons. Tapping one answers the request and opens the booking so you can see its new status. Other buttons, such as View and Reschedule, open the booking.
Digest, quiet hours, and privacy
On the Notifications screen:
- Daily digest bundles low-priority events into one daily summary.
- Quiet hours - turn on Pause push notifications and choose the window and Time zone. Alerts that arrive in that window are held back, and they still appear in Activity.
- Privacy - choose whether to share anonymous usage analytics and send crash diagnostics. Neither includes names, emails, or response content.
Email delivery is managed on the web. These switches sync to your account on every device.
Not getting notifications?
- Check Settings for the notice about notifications being off.
- Check that the category you want is switched on under All notifications.
- Check that Pause push notifications is not covering the current time.
- Make sure you are logged in to the workspace the activity happened in.
