Bookings lets people pick a free time on your calendar and book it - no back-and-forth emails. You share a booking page link, visitors choose a slot, and the appointment lands in your list and on your calendar.
Bookings live in the dashboard under Bookings.
What you can do
- Publish one or more booking pages, each with its own meeting name, length, and location.
- Set weekly hours, date overrides, buffers, minimum notice, and daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
- Connect Google Calendar or add a read-only iCal feed so busy times are never offered.
- Ask booking questions on the form, and optionally charge a price to book.
- Require your approval before a booking is confirmed.
- Approve, decline, cancel, or mark a no-show from Scheduled bookings.
- Let invitees reschedule or cancel themselves from a link in their email.
- Customize the page design, and share it as a link, a private link, or an embed.
How it fits together
| Piece | What it is |
|---|---|
| Booking pages | The pages people book on. Public address: /c/{slug}. |
| Calendars | The Google Calendar or iCal feeds Formspring checks for busy times. |
| Scheduled bookings | The appointments people have actually booked, per page. |
| Upcoming | A day-by-day list of the next appointments across all your pages. |
Plans
Bookings is a paid feature. It is included on Pro, Team, and Scale. On the Free plan the Bookings area shows an upgrade notice instead.
Emails Formspring sends
Invitees and hosts receive emails when a booking is received, awaiting confirmation, confirmed, or cancelled. Invitees also get a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment. Emails are sent in the background.
