Share and embed a booking page

Publish a booking page, customize its link and design, and share it by link, private link, popup button, or inline embed.

Publish first

A new page can be a draft. On the page's settings choose Publish to make the link live. Unpublish stops new bookings but keeps existing appointments. If you finished the setup wizard, your first page is already published.

Your booking link

Open a page and go to the Share tab:

  • Booking link - the public address is /c/{slug}. Edit the last part and choose Update link. Changing it breaks links you already shared.
  • Copy link and Preview let you grab and test the page.
  • Private link - choose Generate private link for a hard-to-guess URL meant for invite-only booking. Rotate private link invalidates the old one.

Embed on your site

Further down the Share tab, Share & embed gives you two ready-made snippets:

  • Popup button embed - copy it with Copy popup snippet. It adds a Book now button that opens your booking page over your site.
  • Inline iframe embed - copy it with Copy inline snippet to show the booking page directly in your page.

Paste the snippet into your site's HTML where you want it to appear.

Customize how it looks

Choose Customize design on a booking page. The design editor has tabs for Theme, Colours, Fonts & shape, Text, Layout, and Logo & CSS.

What invitees see

Invitees pick a date and time, enter their details and answers to your booking questions, and book. Their times are shown in their own time zone. Afterwards they can reschedule or cancel from a link in their email.
