Polls overview

Single-question polls with live results - what they are, what you can control, and how they are limited per plan.

Updated . 2 min read.

A poll is one question with live results. Use it to settle a quick decision, take the pulse of your audience, or let people pick the next topic. Share a link or embed the poll on any page, and watch the votes arrive.

Polls live in the dashboard under Polls.

What you can do

  • Ask one question with single choice, multiple choice, picture choice, ranking, rating, NPS, CSAT, CES, or a slider.
  • Start from a template: Audience snapshot, Yes or no, Topic vote, Team lunch poll, or NPS snapshot - or start blank.
  • Decide who sees results: after voting, always, or never (only you).
  • Allow an optional comment with each vote.
  • Close the poll on a date and time, or end voting by hand.
  • Protect the poll with a password.
  • Export every vote as a CSV file.

A poll supports exactly one vote question. Publishing is blocked until the poll has one.

Plans and limits

Polls are available on every plan, including Free. Only the number of polls differs.

Max polls 3 25 Unlimited Unlimited

When you reach the limit, the New poll button changes to Upgrade for more polls. Existing polls keep working.

Archiving and deleting

Archiving a poll stops voting and keeps the results. You can restore it later. Permanent deletion removes all votes and is only available for archived polls; it is processed in the background.
