Workspace settings

Where to find your workspace name, address, time zone, branding, and the other settings that apply to your whole team.

Updated . 2 min read.

Your workspace is the team space that holds your forms, surveys, funnels, contacts, and members. Open Settings from the user menu to reach everything that applies to the workspace as a whole, and the settings that belong to you personally.

The Settings hub

The hub is a set of cards. Each opens one area:

Card What it is for
Profile Your name, email, password, photo, and connected accounts.
Team Invite teammates, manage roles, and rename the workspace.
Billing & plan Your plan, usage, invoices, and payment method.
Workspace theme The shared base styling your forms, surveys, and funnels inherit.
Email (SMTP) Send notifications and autoresponders from your own mail server.
Single sign-on Connect an identity provider and enforce sign-in for your team. A lock shows the plan that includes it when you do not have it.
API tokens Create and manage tokens for the API and connected AI tools.
MCP Connect AI assistants to your workspace.
Privacy & cookies Review or withdraw the cookie choices you made.

Inside a settings page, the left menu is grouped as Workspace (General, Members, Agency, Billing, Branding, Email sending, Single sign-on) and You (Profile & security, Developer). Agency appears only when your workspace can use agency mode.

General

Settings → General holds:

  • Name - the workspace name.
  • Workspace address - the short address for your workspace.
  • Time zone and Date format, plus Use 24-hour time. These apply to the app, notification emails, and exported CSVs. People who fill in your forms always see their own time zone.
  • Delete workspace - at the bottom, behind a confirmation.

Branding

Settings → Branding edits the workspace theme: the look your forms, surveys, funnels, and pages inherit. Any single form, survey, or funnel can still override it.

A preview shows your changes on Desktop or Mobile. Choose Save workspace theme to apply them. A note above the button says how many items follow the theme and how many have their own, so you know what a save will change. Reset to defaults... clears the shared theme, and anything inheriting it falls back to the default styling.

Members and roles

Invite people and set what they can do from Settings → Members. See Inviting members and Roles & permissions.
