Projects

Group forms, surveys, and funnels by client or initiative, switch between projects, and archive or restore them.

Updated . 2 min read.

A project groups related work inside your workspace - forms, surveys, and funnels for one client, product, or campaign. Each project keeps its own responses, so a busy client does not bury the rest.

Every workspace starts with a Default project. Forms that are not in another project live there.

Create a project

  1. Open the project switcher in the header and choose Manage projects.
  2. Choose New project.
  3. Enter a Project name. The Slug is optional - leave it empty and one is made from the name.
  4. Choose Create project.

Submissions and uploaded files for every project are stored in the EU. There is one region, so there is nothing to choose.

You cannot create a project from a client account, or as a member who has been limited to some projects.

Switch projects

Use the project switcher in the header to change the project you are working in. Your choice is remembered between visits. You can search the list and mark favorites.

Inside a project

The project page lists its forms, surveys, and funnels, with status (Live, Draft, or Archived). Choose Settings to rename it or change the slug. The projects list also shows what each project contains, its members, responses in the last 30 days, and last activity.

Archive, restore, and delete

  • Archive moves a project to the Archived list. Its forms keep working. If you archive the only project, a new Default project is created the next time one is needed.
  • Show archived lists archived projects; Restore brings one back.
  • Delete forever (from the archived list) permanently removes the project and everything in it: forms, submissions, files, webhooks, and delivery logs. This cannot be undone. The Default project cannot be deleted forever.
